Fleming County Water Association, a Non-Profit Water Association in the Commonwealth of Kentucky was formed in 1969 to provide safe and reliable water to local residents and businesses. The Association started with 330 members in 1969, and has grown through the years to serve approximately 4, 200 active customers across Fleming, Lewis, Mason and part of Rowan County. The Fleming County Water Association purchases water from the Greater Fleming County Regional Water Commission and the Rowan County Water District, and maintains emergency supply connections with the City of Maysville, City of Flemingsburg, and the City of Vanceburg to insure availability of water.

Fleming County Water Association is governed by the Kentucky Public Service Commission and follows strict guidelines provided by the Kentucky Division of Water, EPA, State, and Local authorities.
